Beautiful busty babe Brooklyn is a witness to a major crime and has been accepted into a witness protection program. She shows up in a rather hot green number (let's just assume her day job is at an amusement park or a theme strip !) and is eager to be kept safe before giving her testimony. Her keeper invites her to come in and relax in a bedroom where she needs to stay, but he does warn her not to attract any attention and this includes not making phone calls. She lies and claims to have a phone on her and then contacts her boyfriend to calm her nerves a bit. Unfortunately, her guard doesn't take this breach of security lightly and seizes the phone and admonishes the frightened girl. He doesn't stop there as he then decides that she cannot be trusted and will likely get them both offed, so he starts to chain her up starting handcuffs and leg-cuffs. She isn't too pleased about this or the manhandling she's receiving as his hands seem close to her big tits or her sexy round ass quite often. He 'escorts' her out of the room so that he can apply yet more chains to keep her completely helpless! There is a break of sorts before she is fully restrained, a strip search! The 'search' turns into a lengthy and invasive groping session as her ass is felt up and his hand goes to her crotch and then her top is removed and her boobs squeezed to make sure she's not hiding anything underneath them or something! Then she is chained up completely with padlocks to insure that she won't be getting free anytime soon. Her complaints get her briefly handgagged and then a tapegag is slapped over her pretty lips to keep her in line. She is left to think about what she's done and looks upset, but this doesn't stop her from struggling to somehow get free. Her every sexy angle is viewed thoroughly before the guard returns and decides to move her back to the bedroom. He escorts her and feels the need to spank and grope her ass as she walks up the steps to keep her moving. Brooklyn isn't too happy about being manhandled by her witness protection program overseer who has put her in chains and has tapegagged her pretty lips shut. He lifts her onto the bed, presses her gag down and brushes his hands over her big bare tits before leaving her to languish. She yanks at the shackles, trying to find a way out, but there isn't much point and getting comfortable is also out of the question! He eventually returns and frees her and removes her tapegag and she meekly requests to go to the bathroom which he shrugs to the affirmative, but she takes this opportunity to bolt (at this point the protection appears to be worse than being targeted by a criminal thug it seems!). He grabs her and handgags her while trying to yank her back, but she doesn't make it easy. He quickly re-chains her, this time with her hands behind her back and leaves her until it is time for them to leave for the trial. She looks upset at being back in bondage, but her wait ends sometime later. He doesn't take her shackles off just yet as he plans to take her to the courthouse first and then remove the chains!
