It’s Charlotte and her stepbrother Ethan’s first day at the gym and they’re absolutely lost. This lovable pair of nerds doesn’t know the first thing about working out and they hardly know their way around the gym’s locker rooms. To their surprise, Mike and his hot stepsister Alice are quite the opposite – two hot gym buffs with toned bodies who are absolute pros in all-things fitness. Alice and Mike surprise the newbies in the locker room by parading themselves completely naked. Charlotte and Ethan feel a bit awkward, but the sporty step-siblings tell them not to worry about their first day working out and invite them to join them in their routine. Ethan and Charlotte can hardly keep up with their new friends’ pace, and they are almost about to throw in the towel when Mike and Alice suggest a different approach. If they can’t follow more traditional exercises, maybe they can try a kinky routine that has proven quite a success for Mike and Alice. Afraid they might cross a line, but enticed by their new friends’ sexy lifestyle, Ethan and Charlotte join them for an intense workout/fuck session with a creamy finale for Alice and Charlotte to savor together.
