Grayson Cole is in his office looking over his performance review for the year and is really upset that he got such a low score. He feels that he has been working very hard for the company, putting in long, hard hours that others have not. Yet, his performance review says that he has not been a 'team player.' Wondering what he's missing, Grayson calls in his buddy, Noah Asli, to find out how he did. Noah, who has put in minimal effort on several projects this year, got a glowing review from the boss. One of his top comments is that he is an excellent team player. Noah explains that their boss often has needs that he helps take care of.
