Ricky Spanish, a teen recovering from arm injuries, gets a surprise visit from his teacher, Dana Vespoli. Dana explains that she came to drop off a 'Get Well Soon' card signed by his classmates. Ricky is touched by the gesture, and Dana asks how he's doing. As Ricky complains that it's difficult to do ANYTHING with two injured arms, he accidentally lets it slip that he can't even jerk off like this.Dana feels awkward but sympathetic, and asks if there's anything she can do for him before she leaves. Ricky implies she could jerk him off, but then immediately becomes embarrassed and backtracks. But Dana considers it despite being flustered, saying she doesn't want to just leave him like this when he's clearly desperate. After some hesitation, they agree Dana will jerk him off, but they must keep it a secret. They have sex with Dana doing her best to help Ricky cum, including tittyfucking since he can't use his hands.
