Jimmy was getting ready for bed when he heard an unexpected knock on his door. He found Marie standing there, obviously distressed and begging to come inside. Before he even had the chance to answer, she stormed past him into the room, frantically ranting about her boyfriend kicking her out and being angry at her for no reason. Torn between loyalty to his best friend and his desire to help the desperate girl in front of him, Jimmy tried to de-escalate the situation by offering to call someone to pick her up. However, Marie desperately started begging him to let her stay for the night. After some consideration, Jimmy finally gave in, making it clear there was no couch and only one bed, making her promise that she would strictly stay on her own side of the mattress.
