As Clemence strolls through the streets on a quiet afternoon, she gets a phone call from her friend Josephine. She has big news and needs to tell Clemence in person. Meeting at Josephine's place, Clemence is eager to know what this huge piece of news is. Before Josephine tells her, she offers her friend a cigarette. Clemence tries to decline but Josephine insists, prompting Clemence to take a cigarette and light it up. As she inhales the smoke, a strange sensation overwhelms Clemence, transforming her body into that of a futanari. She pleads for Josephine to help her, only to see her friend observing with a smile on her face, playing with herself whilst Clemence transforms. Josephine has tricked Clemence. With her mind and body altered by the cigarette, Clemence gives in to her lustrous desires and fucks Josephine. The two lovers have passionate sex on the bed, unable to restrain themselves from their intense sexual urges.
