Three clips, one evening. In the first, you still have somewhere to be, I can see it, the way you keep checking the time without moving. In the second, you've stopped checking. In the third, there's nothing left to check. Nobody told you to stay. Nobody had to. I like this kind of evening. The tabs closing themselves. The excuses running out of things to say. The exact moment "in a minute" quietly becomes never. You already know you'll be back. What you came here with doesn't go away on its own.
